Kudremukha is nestled in the heart of the Western Ghats in Chikkamagaluru district. It comes under Kudremukh National Park which is the second-largest wildlife protected area in the Western Ghats. Kudremukha is nick named as ” The king of Landscapes ” because of it’s amazing Landscapes

Itinerary

- 8:00 PM – Departure from Bengaluru ( Pickup points mentioned below )
- Continue overnight journey towards Kudremukha base.
- Stop for self sponsored dinner around 10:30 pm

- Reach Kudremukha homestay by 6:00 A.M
- Quick fresh-up – Get ready – Have Breakfast
- By 8:00 AM take a Jeep ride towards Kudremukha Trek starting point and by 8:30 AM start the trek
- Will trek through forest, Streams & finally reach Kudremukha peak around 12:30 PM
- Have packed Lunch at the peak itself , Start descending
- Around 6:00 PM will reach base, if time permits will take to Somvathi water falls (depending on water level)
- Take Jeep ride to Homestay Have some tea & snacks
- Fresh-up and around 8:30 – 9 PM have dinner
- Retire for the day / Sleep early as you have to getup early next morning.

- Wake up early morning & Get ready by 7:00 AM
- Have Breakfast & 7:30 AM Checkout from stay.
- Visit to Samse Tea estate, and Hanging bridge
- Lunch at Kotigehara (self sponsored) and visit Belur Temple.
- Start journey towards Bangalore.
- Reach Bengaluru by 10:00 PM.
Cost inclusions:
- Transport from & to Bengaluru ( Non AC pushback seater/ Mini Bus/Tempo traveler – Depends on the Group size )
- Stay in a Homestay on group sharing basis in Rooms / dormitory / Tents. Separate for Men & Women )
- Separate tent accommodation can be given for couples if intended
- 4 meals ( 2 Breakfast & 1 dinner ) and Snacks.
- Forest permit, Trip guide, local guide, entry tickets, jeep ride.
- Campfire /Bonfire if weather permits.

Things to carry:
- Track pant & T-shirt, Extra clothes / garments as per your requirement.
- Comfortable pair of shoes with good grip, Extra pair of footwear as per your requirement.
- Umbrella & Hat, Extra plastic covers / pouches to carry back your wet clothes.
- A day bag / Small bag to carry during trek.
- 1 / 2 ltrs water bottle each, Snacks / dry fruits during trek
- Toiletries, Fully charged Power Bank if you already have. Not mandatory
- A torch ( Even a small torch will do )
Cancellation policy:
- Advance amount of 1000Rs is non refundable in case of cancellation.
- If the trip is cancelled from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, the advance amount will be refunded immediately.
- Well, trip getting cancelled is very rare though.
Boarding points & timings: Friday evening departure.
8:00 P.M – Majestic – Shanthala silks.
8:30 P.M – Rajajinagara – Bus stop opposite Sagar hotel near Navarang theater.
9:00 P.M – Yeshwanthpura – Hotel Konkan express near Metro station.
9:30 P.M – Goraguntepalya People Tree hospital
And anywhere further till Nelamangla
Important points:
- This is an adventurous trip, please come with an open and adjusting mindset. Don’t expect luxury.
- As this is a group trip, kindly be cooperative & friendly with co-travelers & Trip coordinator for smooth execution of the trip
- Smoking & consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during Trekking & journey.
- Any kind of misbehavior or actions that may spoil the atmosphere of the trip won’t be tolerated.
