The Gokarna Beach Trek offers a scenic adventure along Karnataka’s coastline, combining picturesque beaches, lush greenery, and rocky hills. This trek spans multiple beaches, including Om Beach and Paradise Beach, providing stunning views and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle.

Every Friday night departure from Bengaluru. Back to Bengaluru on Sunday late night.

Itinerary

7:30 PM – Departure from Bengaluru (4 Pickup points & timings mentioned below)
Stop for self sponsored dinner around 10:00
Continue overnight Journey towards Kumta ( Campsite )

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 / 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲

Beach Trek, Mirjan fort, Beach side camping )
Reach campsite around 7; 30 AM
Freshen-up , Have Breakfast
By 9.30 leave from Campsite and 10 kms jouney in Bus towards Boat point
By 10.30 start Gokarna Beach Trek , this Beach Trek covers ( Paradise Beach, Half moon Beach, Dolphin point, Small Hell Beach, Hell cliff, Balekan Beach & OM Beach )
Around 2.00 PM will finish the trek at OM beach.
Have Lunch near OM Beach.
Our bus will be there to pickup us from OM beach.
Visit to Mirjan Fort after Lunch, Reach back Campsite around 5.00 PM.
Playful time at the Beach till Sunset.
Freshen-up, Campfire / Music , Dinner around 9 PM.
Tent allotment , End of the day.

7.30 AM – Checkout from Campsite , Start jouney
Sharavathi Backwaters boat ride ( 1 hour )
Visit To Mangrove walk / kandla walk and Murdeshwara
Have self sponsored lunch around 2:30 pm
Around 4:30 PM start return journey from Murdeshwara temple to Bangalore
Quick stop at Gersoppa view point, if we reach that point before gets dark.
Stop for self sponsored dinner around 9.00
Continue overnight journey towards Bengaluru

Things to carry:

Track pant & T-shirt, Extra clothes / garments as per your requirement.

Comfortable pair of shoes with good grip, Extra pair of footwear as per your requirement.

Umbrella & Hat, Extra plastic covers / pouches to carry back your wet clothes.

A day bag / Small bag to carry during trek.

1 / 2 ltrs water bottle each, Snacks / dry fruits during trek

Toiletries, Fully charged Power Bank if you already have. Not mandatory

A torch ( Even a small torch will do )

Cancellation policy:

Advance amount of 1000Rs is non refundable in case of cancellation.

If the trip is cancelled from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, the advance amount will be refunded immediately.

Well, trip getting cancelled is very rare though.

Boarding points & timings: Friday evening departure.

7.30 P.M – Majestic ( Shanthala silks shop near Metro station )
8.10 P.M – Rajajinagara ( Bus stop opposite Sagar hotel near Navarang theater )
8.30 P.M – Yeshwanthpura ( Hotel Konkan Express near Metro station / Govardhan Theatre )
8.45 P.M – Goraguntepalya ( People Tree hospital )
And anywhere further towards Tumkur.

Important points:

This is an adventurous trip, please come with an open and adjusting mindset. Don’t expect luxury.

As this is a group trip, kindly be cooperative & friendly with co-travelers & Trip coordinator for smooth execution of the trip

Smoking & consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during Trekking & journey.

Any kind of misbehavior or actions that may spoil the atmosphere of the trip won’t be tolerated.
