● Difficulty level : Easy
● Altitude : 1450 meters above the sea level.

• This is the best time / season to witness Sunrise from Skandagiri peak ( Nov to Feb end ).

Every Saturday night departure from Bengaluru. Back to Bengaluru on Sunday afternoon.

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 / 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚y

• 11 PM departure from Bengaluru (Boarding points & timings mentioned below )
• 11:00 PM – Majestic -Shanthala silks.
• 11:30 pM – MG road metro station.
• 12:00 AM – Marathahalli Opp to Kalamandir.
• 12:15 AM – Tin Factory Near HP Petrol Pump.
• 12: 45 AM – Hebbal Opp Esteem Mall.
• Continue overnight journey towards Base.
• Note: For a group of 10-11, a 12-seater Tempo Traveler will be provided For a group of 20, a 22-seater Mini Bus will be allocated For a group of 30, a 30-seater bus will be supplied There might be a 5/15 mins delay or early to each pickup point

𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 / 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚y

• 3:00 am: Arrive at the base of the hill for a short rest or a leisurely walk under the star-lit skies
• 3:30 am: Begin the trek after a brief orientation from the guides
• 5:30 am: Arrive at the summit to take in the stunning sunrise amidst the clouds
• 7:00 am: Start the descent from the hill
• 9:00 am: Return to the base and commence the journey back to Bangalore
• 9:30 am: En route to Bangalore, visit the Bhoga Nandishwara Temple
• 9:30 am: Take a break to refresh and enjoy a self-sponsered breakfast
• 11:00 am: Reach back to Bangalore .

Cost inclusions:

• Travel from & to Bengaluru ( Non AC seater vehicle )
• Forest Permit /Entry permit
• Morning Snacks.
• Trip co-ordinator / Trek lead from MAC team.

Things to carry:

• A photocopy of your Aadhar/Voter ID (Compulsory for obtaining permits)
• A compact backpack to hold your necessities during the trek
• Water bottles – 1-2 (Each of 1 liter)
• Raincoat (poncho) or Bag covers for potential rain
• Comfortable trekking shoes with good grip and an extra pair of socks
• A torch or headlamp for nighttime use
• Portable chargers for your electronic devices
• Portable snacks such as energy boosters, tissues, chocolates, dry fruits, etc., for consumption during the trek
• Personal medication
• Additional snacks for personal use

Cancellation policy:

• Advance amount of 800rs is non refundable in case of cancellation.
• If the trip is cancelled from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, the advance amount will be refunded immediately. Well, trip getting cancelled is very rare though.

Important points:

• This is an adventurous trip, plz come with an open and adjusting mindset. Don’t expect luxury.
• As this is a group trip, kindly be cooperative & friendly with cotravelers & Trip coordinator for smooth execution of the trip
• Smoking & consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited duirng Trekking & journey.
• Any kind of misbehavior or actions that may spoil the atmosphere of the trip won’t be tolerated.
